Part of Spring's mission is
"cross-cultural education",
which means our students
learn about each other's
cultures and customs,
holidays and festivals,
foods and fashions, values
and beliefs. Being at
Spring helps students,
faculty, host families,
teacher trainees, and guests
to gain more knowledge of
different countries, a
greater appreciation of
different cultures, and a
greater tolerance for
varying customs, religions,
and values.
