passport.
(Libyans: include a copy of both
Arabic and English pages).
2. Statement of Financial
Support
(letter from your bank or proof
from sponsor).
The
statement needs to show
$17,800.00 available
(this is the approximate
amount of funds required
for an academic year of
study even though you
may not plan to enroll
in Spring International
for that long). The
financial statement
should be a one-page
letter from the
sponsor's bank, printed
on the bank's
letterhead, signed and
sealed by a bank
official, verifying the
amount of available
funds in the account.
If the student is
sponsored, please
provide documentation
that the sponsor will be
covering all expenses
associated with the
student's study in the
U.S.
(3) IF you want to live with a
host family, enclose a complete
Homestay Application.

old, your parent or guardian
must fill out, and you must
enclose, a "Medical
Authorization Form".
